    • Holy Cross Energy Outage Affects Nearly 200 Consumers and KMTS Since approximately 7:30 this morning, Holy Cross Energy customers south of Interstate 70 in the Silt and Rifle area have been without power.  The KMTS translator at 99.5 in the Rifle, Silt and New Castle areas is also off the air due to the power outage.
