After years of negotiation, Western Slope Colorado River stakeholders and East Slope entities, including Denver Water, recently finalized this landmark agreement that will determine much of the future planning and uses of the Colorado River water. The presenters will include three local water attorneys who have actively been involved in this agreement: Peter Fleming (of the Colorado River Water Conservation District), Mark Hermundstad (Lower Colorado River representative), and Karl Hanlon (Middle Colorado River representative).
