The Glenwood Springs Branch Library is sponsoring a free program which will help you learn which type of estate plan is right for you. “Wills, Trusts and Powers of Attorney: Beyond the Basics” will be presented by Paul Smith, an estate planning attorney at Brown & Brown, P.C. based in Glenwood Springs, who will discuss the difference between wills and trusts and how they can be used with powers of attorney to complete your estate plan. Space is limited and registration is required for this program.
