Colorado Springs High Schools Add Security After Threat Rumors

Colorado Springs—Two high schools in Colorado Springs beefed up security and postponed activities after rumors of threats were discovered today on social media.  Additional security and police officers were sent to the campuses of Widefield and Harrison high schools today even though the threats were not considered credible.  Authorities say the rumors are most likely in response to the school shootings in Florida where 17 people were gunned down by a former student.
