State Democrats Want to Keep Excess Tabor Money

DENVER (AP) – Colorado's House speaker says she wants to ask voters this November to allow the state to keep excess revenue for roads and schools. Democratic Rep. KC Becker told reporters Wednesday she's introducing a bill that would ask voters whether the state can keep any revenues it normally would have to refund under the Taxpayer's Bill of Rights.
