High School Baseball

The Basalt Longhorns were swept by the Cedaredge Bruins
11 to 6 and 5 to 1.

The Coal Ridge / Rifle game was delayed once again due to
weather and field conditions…no make up date has been
announced yet.
Basketball

Cameron Horning is a sharpshooter. The 12 year old
Glenwood Springs Middle Schooler won the state
championship Elks Hoop Shoot free throw contest
recently in Salida. Horning nailed 23 out of 25 in his
final round at the line.

There are three games on the schedule this afternoon at 4
including Rangely at Roaring Fork, Coal Ridge at CRMS
and Moffat County at Rifle.
