    • Oil & Gas Company to Search for deposits under a Colorado City LOVELAND, Colo. (AP) – A petroleum company plans to search for oil and gas deposits underneath a Colorado city. Crews from Anadarko Petroleum plan to place seismic sensors in areas around the east side of Loveland. Trucks belonging to the company will then vibrate the ground.
    • Colorado Man Dies in Snowmobile Accident STEAMBOAT SPRINGS (AP) – A 24-year-old northern Colorado man was killed in a weekend snowmobile crash. Routt County officials say Hayden Savage died Saturday when his snowmobile veered off a county road and crashed into a stand of trees.  Under-Sheriff Doug Scherar says Savage was not wearing a helmet.
    • U.S. Forrest Service Authorizes Aspen Ski Co’s Proposal ASPEN (AP) – The U.S. Forest Service has authorized Aspen Skiing Co.’s proposal to develop an additional 0.3 square miles of skiing terrain on Aspen Mountain.     • An Argument over the Remote ends in a Fatality. COLORADO SPRINGS (AP) – Prosecutors say a feud over a TV remote control led to a “fatal stomp-down” that killed an inmate at a Colorado Springs prison.  Danny Lee Gonzalez is charged with second-degree murder in a Nov. 19, 2017, attack on Daniel Pena.     • Vail Ski Teacher Dies in Back Country Accident MINTURN (AP) – A Vail ski academy teacher has died in a back country snowboarding accident. Witnesses say Bindu Sky Pomeroy went off a jump and landed head first in deep snow. The Eagle County sheriff’s office says the 44-year-old died late Tuesday morning.     • A Terrible Accident in Northern Colorado Ends in a Death BOULDER (AP) – Investigators say a northern Colorado man was killed when his clothing apparently became caught in drilling equipment.
