What do Carrie Underwood, Ivanka Trump and Chelsea Clinton all have in common? Since Carrie lacks a parent in the presidential race, the answer lies a little closer to home. All three make this year’s list of the 50 Most Powerful Moms, from Working Mother magazine.
Chosen based on their “ability to influence and inspire us to reach higher and further in building better lives for ourselves,” as well as their income and professional stature, this is Carrie’s first time to make the annual tally since giving birth to son Isaiah a little more than a year ago.
Carrie is in good company — with Adele, Beyonce, Melissa McCarthy, Kerry Washington and Reese Witherspoon all making the ranking as well.
