As their final single from Anything Goes, “Confession,” sits at the top of the country chart, Florida Georgia Line is unveiling the first taste of their third album, Dig Your Roots— and Brian Kelley promises “H.O.L.Y.” is worth the wait.

“We really put in the time making sure this song was the strongest it could be,” he says, “and we’re pushing ourselves on all levels:  vocally, lyrically, melodically. I promise the fans, the wait was worth it.”

Musical partner Tyler Hubbard says the new direction in their music flows out of new inspiration in their personal lives.

“As we continue to grow and mature… we really wanted our music to start reflecting those changes,” he says thoughtfully. “‘H.O.L.Y.’ definitely lets the fans see a deeper side to us and we’re excited about this next chapter.”

Tyler and Brian also shot a breathtaking new video for the song on the seaside near Melbourne, Australia, that co-stars both of their wives. You can check it out now on YouTube

Florida Georgia Line’s full Dig Your Roots album is due out later this summer.
