Florida Georgia Line is glad their latest single, “Anything Goes,” is having a moment to connect with fans. It’s the title track from their sophomore album, but FGL’s Tyler Hubbard admits they’re itching to move on to their upcoming third album.
He tells ABC Radio, “We’ve been writing and started recording. It’s just all coming together so nicely. We can’t wait for our fans to hear our new music. We really feel like it’s gonna the best we’ve ever released.”
The new music will reflect a more mature outlook for Florida Georgia Line since both members of the duo are now married men.
“I think country music is real life, and that’s what we put into our music,” says the duo’s Brian Kelley, who just turned 30 last month. “Naturally as artists, we’re going to continue to push ourselves and make everything better. That’s just kind of where our headspace is at, and we’re just very thankful to continue to make music.”
Florida Georgia Line is up for Vocal Duo of the Year at the 49th Annual CMA Awards coming up Wednesday, November 4 at 8 p.m. ET on ABC.
