The Grand Ole Opry is planning a star-studded kickoff for this year’s CMA Music Festival. Carrie Underwood, Darius Rucker, Chris Janson, and Nashville’s Charles Esten are just some of the performers who’ll take the famed stage on Tuesday, June 7, in the days leading up to the gathering formerly known as Fan Fair.
Chris gets the festivities started that afternoon, playing his hits like “Buy Me a Boat” during a free Opry Plaza Party. Kimberly Williams-Paisley will also sign copies of her new book Where the Light Gets In at The Opry Shop, before serving as guest announcer for the evening’s two shows.
