Nineties hitmaker John Berry debuts his new TV show this week on The Heartland Network. Billy Ray Cyrus guests on the first episode of Songs & Stories with John Berry at 8 p.m. ET on Thursday.

The Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum celebrated Bob McDill earlier this week, as the legendary songwriter donated his personal collection of artifacts to the museum. During the ceremony, Country Music Hall-of-Famer Bobby Bare sang McDill’s hit, “Amanda,” while Jamey Johnson did “The Door Is Always Open,” and William Michael Morgan contributed “Don’t Close Your Eyes.”

Jack IngramLee Ann Womack and Shelby Lynne & Allison Moorer are just a few of the more than 300 artists set to perform during the 18th Annual Americanafest, held September 12-17 in Nashville.
