No Easy Way Out: The Carrie Underwood Workout Plan

If you’d like to look like Carrie Underwood — well, get ready to do some work! The “Church Bells” singer admits she works out for 90 minutes a day as many as six times a week in her gym she takes on the road, while maintaining her strict vegan diet. And even when she’s out for a run, she’s likely to up the ante.

“I like squats, lunges,” she tells Us Weekly. “If I go for a jog and I meet up with a good hill, I will lunge up the hill and that will burn them out,” she says, referring to her admirable gams.
