Tuesday night, Dolly Parton takes to the airwaves to raise money to help her beloved hometown, which was hard-hit by the recent East Tennessee wildfires.
Hank Williams Jr., Alabama, Ronnie Dunn, Jamey Johnson, Lauren Alaina, Cyndi Lauper and Don McLean join an already-impressive lineup of talent that includes Reba, Kenny Rogers, Chris Stapleton, Alison Krauss and many more.
RaeLynn, T.G. Sheppard, Larry Gatlin, Paula, Bobby and Jamie Deen, and comedian Henry Cho are just some of the stars who’ll be manning the phones.
The three-hour Smoky Mountains Rise: A Benefit for the My People Fund telethon starts at 8 p.m. ET on GAC, AXS TV, RFD and The Heartland Network, and will be simulcast on many radio stations as well.
