If his recent European trek is any indication, it looks like Dierks Bentley may soon be crowd-surfing his way across the U.S.A. Prior to the start of his Somewhere on a Beach tour May 12 in Holmdel, New Jersey, the Arizona native checked off three dates in the United Kingdom and Ireland.
Dierks kicked things off last Thursday night in Dublin, and by the time he reached London the next night, he was confident enough in his bond with the British fans to dive in and float across the crowd’s outstretched arms. Some members of Sunday night’s Scottish audience got a bonus set, as Dierks took to the loading dock of Glasgow’s Clyde Auditorium for an impromptu late-night performance.
His highly anticipated Black album hits stores May 27, a couple weeks after he sets out on his summer tour with Randy Houser, Cam and Tucker Beathard.
