Amazing Dave Elstun at the Garfield County Libraries

Your Garfield County Libraries are excited to host magician the Amazing Dave Elstun as part of the weekly Summer Reading Challenge events for children. Have you ever heard someone tell you a story about the big fish they caught? Usually, these stories are an exaggeration. Well… magicians do the same thing. Amazing Dave Elstun will perform magic tricks and tell stories of famous magicians and the magic that made them famous. The events will begin on Tuesday, June 14 at 11 a.m. at the Glenwood Springs Branch Library and at 2 p.m. at the Carbondale Branch Library. Then on Wednesday, June 15 we’ll begin at 11 a.m. at the New Castle Branch Library and at 2 p.m. at the Silt Branch Library. The final two events will be on Thursday, June 16 at 11 a.m. at the Parachute Branch Library and at 2 p.m. at the Rifle Branch Library. All events are free and open to the public.
