Meet the Author featuring Preethi Fernando at the Garfield County Libraries

Award-winning author Preethi Fernando will present on her book “17 Women Who Shook The World” at five of the Garfield County Libraries. You’ll learn how some of the most amazing women of our time endured unfortunate beginnings and went on to have glamorous endings. The first two events will be on Thursday, April 13, and start at 2 p.m. at the Carbondale Branch Library and at 5 p.m. at the Rifle Branch Library. Then on Friday, April 14 the next event will start at 5 p.m. at the Glenwood Springs Branch Library. The final two events will be on Saturday, April 15, with the first starting at 12 p.m. at the Silt Branch Library and the last starting at 3 p.m. at the New Castle Branch Library.
