Join your Garfield County Libraries for special Storytimes with Jeff Kerber, Interpreter from Rifle Gap State Park, as our guest reader. Preschoolers and their grown-ups will enjoy nature-themed stories and activities at each of our libraries. The first event will be held on Thursday, August 8 at the Rifle Branch Library, followed by Tuesday, August 13 at the Glenwood Springs Branch Library, another on Wednesday, August 14 at the Parachute Branch Library, another on Wednesday, August 21 at the Silt Branch Library, one on Tuesday, August 27 at the New Castle Branch Library, and finally Thursday, August 29 at the Carbondale Branch Library. All Storytimes begin at 10:30 a.m. and are free and open to the public. For more information visit
