Who Goes There? Animal Identification at the Silt Branch Library
March 4 @ 10:30 AM - 11:30 AM
Children and families are invited to join the Garfield County Libraries and Colorado Parks and Wildlife to take a peek at what animals may have been scurrying through your backyard. Studying prints and other traces left by animals is an ancient activity that was first practiced by those who depended on hunting and gathering for survival. Come learn from Colorado Parks and Wildlife at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, March 4 at the Silt Branch Library. We’ll discuss how to identify animal tracks and other evidence of animals native to Colorado. Free and open to all. For more information call the library at 970-875-5500.
