The manhunt is over, Jody Haskins is reportedly in custody. He was located in the Rifle area this morning.
Previous updates: The child in this Amber alert has been located. Her condition is not known, but she was found alive. Police say they are looking for Jody Haskin in connection to Raeanna Rosencrans’ disappearance. He is now being called a suspect. Haskin is a white male, 6’3” 230 pounds. Jody reportedly wears glasses. Reportedly the green car is no longer being sought.
