PUEBLO, Colo. (AP) – The Colorado Bureau of Investigation has issued an Amber Alert for a 9-year-old girl who went missing while on her way home from school.

Pueblo police said Friday there is still no sign of the missing girl and they are asking the public’s help looking for a white Mercedes.

Captain Eric Bravo says Calysta Cordova left Columbian Elementary School Thursday afternoon. Her mother reported her missing when she didn’t make it home.

Calysta is described as 4 foot 10 inches tall, with long brown hair. She was last seen wearing a black jacket, blue jeans and a blue Columbian school uniform shirt.

Bravo says police have been contacted by people who saw her after she left school but the search continued into the night.
