The latest snowpack and stream flow report from the Roaring Fork Conservancy shows the watershed at 87 percent of normal and dropping. A month ago, the Roaring Fork Watershed snowpack was 114 percent of normal compared to the 30 year average. Officials with the conservancy say the snowpack is “flatlining” in the high country.
