Excel Energy Crews are working on repairing electric lines at this time. Currently there are partial power outages at Katherine Senor Elementary and Riverside Middle School, but RE-2 District Spokesperson, Theresa Hamilton, says Excel is expecting to have power restored in time to proceed with a normal school day.
Power is also out in other areas, including the KMTS transmitting facility, but our internet stream is still operating normally.
